Adding Gymnasts

1. Open Gymnasts → Add Gymnast.
2. Fill in first name, last name, date of birth, and discipline.
3. The gymnast appears in the roster table with squad badges and age calculation.

Managing Squads

• Create squads with a colour from the palette (12 options).
• Use + Add Gymnast on a squad card for quick creation.
• View weekly training hours and member counts per squad.

Tips

• Use search and squad filters to find athletes quickly.
• Click any row to view the gymnast detail page with growth charts and testing history.
